FUNCTION:

Technical Unit

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure smooth operation and exploitation of power system equipment in line with technical requirements.
• Maintain, run and repair diesel generators, rectifiers, batteries, voltage adjusters, electrical substations of low voltage.
• Maintain and repair diesel electrical substations, acid batteries located in close territories.

EDUCATIONAL  BACKGROUND:

•    University degree (Technical)

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of network technologies;
• Knowledge of safety requirements;
• Reporting and business writing skills;
• Accurate, organized and attentive personality;
• Ability to take effective decisions in hard and critical cases;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of technical English is a plus.   

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of previous work experience in similar roles.

FUNCTION:

Information Technologies Department, Technical Block

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage and lead agile and waterfall technology projects;
• Design the overall project strategy;
• Create, execute and control plans, and manage the change control process;
• Ensure that all phases of programs and projects achieve their budgetary, schedule, quality, client satisfaction;
• Provide subject matter expertise and/or technical or professional advice in project management;
• Determine priorities and secure the needed project resources
• Provide regular reporting to the Manager;
• Motivate project teams to work as a cohesive unit and ensure the completeness of the project's products;
• Ensure that a proper operational handover and sustainment plan is in place and implemented on each project
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects

EDUCATIONAL  BACKGROUND:

•    University degree (Technical)

SKILLS:

• Thorough knowledge of PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban project management principles, practices, techniques and tools;
• The ability to manage large complex projects and to develop and manage project budgets;
• Strong skills in the use of project management software applications (such as Microsoft Project JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver to project schedule on time and with quality
• Analytical thinking;
• Team working skills;
• Ability to set priorities;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
