FUNCTION:

Customer Care Service 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Forecast and plan digital transformation processes,
  • Analyze customer contact reasons,
  • Develop and provide analytical reports,
  • Define and analyze opportunities for the enhancement of existing systems and processes,
  • Develop and monitor projects aimed at the improvement of digital transformation processes.

EDUCATIONAL  BACKGROUND:

  • University degree

SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Exceptional data visualization & presentation skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Quick decision maker and problem solver;
  • Result oriented personality;
  • Ability to convince and support his/her personal viewpoint;
  • Initiative and responsible;
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
  • Ability to work with large datasets and databases is a plus;
  • Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in similar roles.

FUNCTION:

Customer Care Service 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding the technical issues.
  • Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate technical staff.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

EDUCATIONAL  BACKGROUND:

  • University degree

SKILLS:

  • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette;
  • Ability to work with people in conflict situation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work under stress;
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerism;
  • Good social skills;
  • Flexible personality with teamwork abilities;
  • Sense of responsibility;
  • Advanced computer skills: experience with MS Office;
  • Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages, knowledge of technical English is a plus.

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a relevant field is an asset.
